Late arrivals and early departures

With employees coming late to work processes within the company suffer. Customers are kept waiting, giving them impression that the company doesn't care about them, productivity may be decreased and daily routine is quickly disturbed making coworkers and management angry and frustrated.

While single, once in a while late comings will probably get unnoticed, regular tardiness should be dealt with as soon as possible since is bad for business and lowers the morale within the company.

All Hours features a special Missing time rule that allows you to set the time period within a day when employees should be at work. All violations of the rule are marked as missing time. For better overview the sum of missing time is available on the summary section giving you immediate information about how much time was lost due to tardiness.

Using this rule you can track late arrivals as well as early departures. For instance, when you set the rule  9:00 till 16:00 all employees departing before four will be violating the rule and their missing time will also be recorded.
